In my opinion you must stick with Bit sindri as college in which you have spent a whole year is good. Don't change your mind.
Just focus on increasing your academic success as at last college doesn't matter.

Hello Aakarsh, yes it is possible to appear in CSAB special round too. You can still accept the seat of BIT Mesra and then reapply for CSAB counselling, based on your score/rank you may/may not get a better college through CSAB special round counselling.
