BITS Pilani K K Birla, Goa Campus, Goa
Hello Aspirant,
Both the colleges BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad are good their levels.
First thing that you need to do is comparison before making decisions. Like...
Hope this helps you.
All the Best!!!
Hello,
There is not much of a difference in BITS Goa and Pliani in terms of faculty and placements.
Where you get placed does not depend on your campus as much as it depends on you. The placements are 'centralized' but most of the extraordinarily good packages come from off-campus placements. In all these, all that matters is how much you know, irrespective of your campus.
People in both campuses have done amazing things. People in both campuses have got extraordinary packages. It all depends on the effort you put in.
But Pilani being much older than Goa has huge number of people in key positions in govt and Pvt sector. Goa started in 2004 , so Pilani has had a head start of about 40 years here. Goa is only 14 years old campus.
So given your preferences, you can go for either of the campuses. Hope this helps.

Hello student, this is abit tough to decide. Since both the campuses are really good in their own way. More or less the campus placements and infrastructure etc etc are are pretty much the same in these both.
But to compare the point, I would suggest bits in Goa is better than vit bhopal
Here are the factors you can consider:
Infrastructure and college life:
It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.
Faculty and quality of education:
All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the therotical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.
Placements:
Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies.
According to our website, it is very good rated one.
Hi
ALways remeber: the thumb rule being the older the college, the better it is.
But there are certain criterian which you should also take in account.
BITS Goa surely has a richer culture and better student life, given it's an older institute. Academically speaking, there's absolutely no difference whatsoever. The academic structures and faculties are equally well in both institutes.
I don't think it matters much whether you choose Goa or Hyderabad. Consider placements and internships as priorities. Although the placement scenario may change due to the current situation. Otherwise even the cutoffs of both campuses are nearly at par with each other. Both campuses have their own perks.
Hope this helps!
