Hope you are doing great ! If you want to change your college then it can happen but for that you have to acheive very good marks and you have to get a NOC from Your current college . Contacting the respective college itself may make the transfer process happen and easier..
Also keep this in mind that you can't change your university ,you can just change your college in the same university . If you want to change university then you have to do your course from starting means from first year.

Mumbai university offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma courses in fields of arts,commerce and scinece. Mumbai university provide admission in undergraduate course lIke B. com, B.A and B.sc on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in their 10+2 standard. That's mean Mumbai university provides admission to undergraduate courses on basis of merit list. Mumbai university offers 23 different undergraduate courses.
Eligibility criteria for all course are different. Eligibility criteria for some of courses is mentioned below:
B.com- should have passed 10+2 with 45%
B.sc- should have passed 10+2 with 45% and 40% for reserved category

Candidate who wish to take admission in Bachelor of Mass Media course in Bhavan's college should have passed 12th board Examination from a recognized institute in either of the following streams: Science, Arts or Commerce.
The stream wise weightage to be given during the counselling process is as under : Arts(60%) Commerce (25%) Science (25%).
