hi,
bmm stands for bachelor of media management and I think you have chosen the right course since you wants to become a travel host. however to become a host in reputed channels like discovery or travel xp you need to have a good communication skills, in some of the recruitment you may have to learn about some foreign language and lastly you have to make a portfolio of your work, see the host of the reputed channels are expert to define any of the things or situation and have good photography and content creation knowledge. so to gain some experience in travel management you may work for some travel agency as content creator. or shoot some videos and make a channel on youtube on relevant topics. some times degree does not matter to get a job , whats matter the most is how much skill you have and how you fit for the job.
Hope you are doing well,
The candidate should be eligible to get admission for BMM, that is the candidates must have cleared their class 12 (10+2) board exams in any stream from a recognised board of education and also ensure that they have secured a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the qualifying exam.
Admissions to the 3-year Bachelor of Mass Media admissions course will be conducted as per the admission policies of individual mass media colleges in India. Each college will offer admissions to aspirants in methods.
Based on the admission policies of the media college of the aspirant’s choice, candidates may either be asked to appear for an entrance test, which would most likely be conducted by the college itself. On the other hand, colleges may also offer admissions to the candidates based on merit alone.
In India, two methods of admissions are opted by media colleges, viz., Merit-based or Entrance Test-Based.

Hi there,
The age limit for bmm is 22 years for general category and 24 years for reserved category..
Yes you can do bmm after mbbs if your age is under 22, but there is no sense in this as both are bachelor's degree and why you want to do two bachelor's degree, either do md or ms after mbbs or anything else after bmm.
Trt to figure out your ambition and then take the decision.
I hope this helps
