Seeing the last year’s cut off rank in CSE it’s a bit tough .. Though you have good chance of getting ISE in MSRIT . That’s actually good and there’s not much difference between ISE and CSE .
The previous year cutoffs are published in COMEDK website. Check it out. In general, you can expect a similar cutoff this year too, with may be a +/- 5% change.

MSRIT, Bangalore and BMSCE, Bangalore are both part of the top 5 Engineering colleges through COMEDK.
The cutoff trend for both colleges is as follows-
1. MSRIT, Bangalore
