Hi. You should go for BHM in institutions like IIHM as you are interested in food and beverage management so that you get better exposure and brand name as well. For MBA you can go for specializations like MBA in hotel management or MBA in Food and Agribusiness . A
After completing BMS in Management Studies and MBA in Hotel Management these are the following career opportunities:
1. Catering officer: Approx. 4 lpa
2. Sous Chef: Approx. 4 lpa

Yes you can surely go ahead with taking Chemical Engineering at RVCE, Bangalore and as a branch considering the current scenario and employability status I would suggest going for Chemical than Civil because of the following factors:
You need to appear for the COMEDK Exam or KCET Exam, incase youre Karnataka Resident, to secure a seat in BE CSE at BMSCE, Bangalore, followed by Counselling. The Other option would be Management Quota, however you may still require either Score as a Formailty, before processing Admission and Counselling
