Hello,
The fee structure of BMSIT through KCET is;

There is some miscellaneous fees and mess charges also depending on what kind of accommodation you take, this is just the academic fees/year.
Hope it helps!!
Hi,
Any company which asks for the placed student to undergo internship in their company in final semester will not allow bmsit students as VTU doesn't allow more than 2 months internship( VTU actually ask for 4 weeks internship which is useless for a company) and companies ask for minimum 4 months.
depends how recruiter team has arranged it. Usually, it won't happen. It only accepts BMSCE students, but rarely they combine and allow the students from BMSIT. It was during 2016. Now, it might have changed. Please check with the final year student of BMSIT.
Hope this helps
Wish you luck
Hello Rajendra kumar Swain,
Congratulations for a wonderful rank in KCET 2021.
On the basis of your rank in KCET and mentioned caste category, you have a good chance to get seat in Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore but you might not get seat in BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore for BE Computer Science and Engineering as per last year's cut-off state rank.

I hope you are doing good,
If you just look at the placement, both Colleges are almost equal and it all depends on you. The BMSIT placement is integrated with BMSCE which is why it may have a high impact on BMSIT. If you are looking for college positions, DSCE is much better than the College compared to BMSIT.

Hello Ankit,
You have not mentioned the Entrance Exam for which you got 14k rank. So I'm giving both KCET as well as COMEDK UGET information. You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.
For your COMEDK UGCET / KCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering branch in below mentioned Colleges.
Siddaganga Institute of Technology Tumkur
Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore
But cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
To predict Colleges based on your KCET Rank go through below mentioned College Predictor Tool.
