Yes, you will be eligible for BNYS even if you took your +2 exam in private. But you need to have Biology at 10+2 with 50% or more in PCB.
Aspirants with Physics, Chemistry and Biology at 10+2 are not eligible for admission in any medical courses like; BNYS, MBBS, BAMS, etc. The maximum age limit is 25 years. Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (B.N.Y.S.) is comparable to any Medical Degree course (M.B.B.S., B.A.M.S., B.H.M.S., B.U.M.S., etc.) with Medical registry.
B.N.Y.S. graduates are Registered Doctors. The qualified learners passing out from a college earn their Central Degree Registration from CCRYN (Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy), Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. The B.N.Y.S. program is certified by U.G.C. The duration of the course is 5.5 years (Five and Half years) which includes 4.5 years of course and 1 year of mandatory rotational internship. B.N.Y.S. have permission to treat victims. Qualified naturopathy Doctors, who studied under formal education furnished by Naturopathy Colleges are enrolled in State Medical Boards. They are permitted under state AYUSH councils to deal with patients.

You might have heard of Subharti College and this is also a sister concern of the university. The college was established in the year 2011 and is affiliated to Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut.
You can take direct admissions and admission through the counseling conducted by the state authorities. Here I will explain to you the admission procedures in BNYS colleges in India.
The candidates must have the following documents ready with you while taking admission to BNYS colleges.
Please do keep at least 3 attested copies of the certificate which you can use in case of urgency. You have to submit your original documents in the college.
The fee structure for the BNYS course depends on colleges. The fees for government colleges will be around Rs.10,000 to Rs.20,000 per year depending on the state.
If you are looking to join any good BNYS college then you can expect a tuition fee of around Rs.60,000 to Rs.1.50 lakhs year .
Apart from this, you will have to pay extra for food, accommodation and examination fees.

Yes, BNYS graduates can study DGO(Obstetrics & Gynecology), DP M(Psychiatry), DCP (Pathology),etc courses.
DGO stands for Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. It is a two years Diploma course in Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Average course fees is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 5,00,000.
Admission is based on entrance exams/ merit obtained in qualifying exam.
