Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) hasn't released the official cut-off ranks for the Bachelors in Naturopathy and Yoga System (BNYS) courses in Karnataka till now. So we have to follow the previous year's (2019) details to make any decision regarding the admission procedure in any top BNYS instituion.

Firstly, NEET is not mandatory for BNYS. The admission to BNYS course can either happen on the basis of merit in entrance exam or directly through 12th boards merit. It depends on the institution.

I went through the official website of Sri Pathanjali Maharshi Naturopathy and Yoga Medical College, Guntakal and did not find any mention of requirement of NEET scores for admission into the BNYS course. So, you can gain admission directly.
