Sir I am a SC-PWD category candidate I have scored 39.6393106/100 percentile in JEE MAINS 2020 and I have scored 338/600 marks in TN 12th Board exam 2020 then which college is eligible for me ?

rhushikesh shukla 24th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant!!!

With 39 percentile in JEE MAINS 2020, you won't get any government college to be honest. You should try for state engineering colleges which accepts JEE score like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana. You can get a seat there considering that you are SC. You can also try different colleges which accept board marks like VIT, Thapar. I will also recommend you to give other entrance exam and crack it with good marks. Work hard and all the best.

Thank you!!!!

Shubham Dhane 31st Aug, 2020

Hello,

In 2019 the cut off for Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), Narasipuram Post, Coimbatore was 100.5 marks for Mechanical Engineering for SC category. The chances are tough because your cut off marks in PCM is 90 marks. Cut off may changes depending on total number of candidates applied, total number of seats available in Mechanical Engineering in CIT etc.

i am from tamilnadu this year i wrtten my 12 th board exam 2020 and i am waiting for my resullt ...and i hope my cuttoff will come above 80 percentage can i get seat in government college for byns and vet doc...or even in self inastial college ? plz help me by answering it

Suresh v 11th Jul, 2020

Hello keerthana!!

The cutoff can be clearly said only after the 12th board exams results are declared. But the cutoff marks will be above 90 percentange only. Since many students who written board exam in previous year would be applying for counseling this year too and their cutoff will be greater than the student who had written their 12 th this year. Hence your cutoff should be more than 190 so that you can enter into your dream college. Orelse try to prepare for neet exam and clear on the next year woth a very good marks.
