So, with regard of you're query. even though you had scored a little bit of less marks in the EAMCET exam, you had given best in the intermediate board exams, so, it will be better for you to apply to the colleges which are providing the seat basing upon the intermediate marks. Some of them are as follows,
1. Sastra University
2. LPU University
3. BMS college, Bangalore
4. College of Engineering Pune
5. Jamia Milia University etc.,.

According to this score your rank will be around 6,000 to 10,000 . This is the expected rank.
It is difficult for you to get admission in top Govt colleges. As per the previous year cutoff you should secure the rank under 2,000 to get admission top govt colleges.

Some more tips you might find useful,
Give mock tests , but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
,Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revsie named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new. Work on your weak points.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .

KEAM score which generally out of 960 is standardized and made out of 300. KEAM Score and board marks are taken in 50:50 ratio to calculate the aggregate marks in KEAM. Similarly the board marks of plus 2 (whether state board or CBSE or ISCE) is standardized based on the overall performance of the students appearing for the exam (also out of 300). The total score out of 600 is used in determining our rank.

You can write anywhere in the copy except the front page. The problem is , when the bundle goes for checking from one place to another the upper and lower portion of the copy are generally tied. so the copy gets teared and your answer too. So it is better to write below the margin.

In CBSE board, it is strictly prohibited to write anything above the top line. According to the rules, your that part of the answer will not be considered for evaluation that is written above the top margin line.
