I passed my CBSE Class 12th in 2020 but failed to clear JEE MAIN in 2020 as I met an accident in 2021 so this year I will give board exam again with NIOS so my doubt is which marksheet should I use for BITSAT and JEE MAIN ?? As I have not appeared in BITSAT in 2020 but appeared for JEE MAIN 2020 ??

Your overall class 12th board % doesn't matter when it comes to neet eligibility. Only your PCB aggregate in 12th matters i. e you need a minimum of at least 50 % in PCB aggregate in 12th board examination if you are from general category.

Talking about the eligibility criteria, then you must have to complete your 10 + 2 or any other equivalent degree from any recognised board with a minimum of aggregate 50% marks so as I can see that you have got 78% so definitely you are eligible.
