See only from the marks of Mathematics subject won't decide your eligibility for VITEEE 2022 because while determining the eligibility, the marks of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology are added together and that aggregate should be minimum 55% so if you have such aggregate then you are definitely eligible
