Dear student,
Yes you are eligible for jee advanced 2022 along with jee mains if you hadn't filled the form for class 12th earlier. The eligibility criteria of jee advanced says that the candidate can appear for jee advanced for two consecutive years from the year of passing class 12th. So if you will pass your class 12th boards examination the year 2021 then you will be eligible for jee advanced 2021 and 2022. While the eligibility criteria of jee mains says that the candidate can appear for jee mains for 3 consecutive years from the year of passing class 12th so you will be eligible for jee mains 2021, 2022 and 2023.
If you had already filled the form in the year 2020 of 12th boards examination then you will be eligible for jee advanced 2021 and jee mains 2021,2022.

I got 40% in jee and 90% in board exam, can i get seat in sastra University

Vidya Mandadi 28th Mar, 2021

Hello there,

You probably can as your scores are good. Getting into Sastra university totay depends upon the competition in that perticular year. University may combine the +2 and Jee score and Mark a ranking for all applicants ,based on that they ll call for councelling and still there is a possibility you can get placed in Third round ,which is an open counceling (last year open councelling wasn't there). So, do apply.

Thank you.

what is the difference between Regular candidate and private candidate except marksheet view??!!!

chinchujoseph1993 16th Feb, 2021

Hello,

A student who is enrolled in a school is known as a “ Regular Candidate” . A regular candidate has to go to school everyday, for their course and for laboratory classes and for appearing for the examinations. For their board exam registration it is done by their respective schools.

On the other hand a student who study on their own without any guidance of school are private candidates . They do not attend the routine classes in schools.

The following types of students can apply as private candidates:

  1. Candidates who have been declared ESSENTIAL REPEAT in 2020.
  2. Candidates who have been placed in COMPARTMENT in Main–2020 examinations.
  3. Candidates who have been placed in COMPARTMENT in September 2020.
  4. Candidates who have been declared FAIL in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019.
  5. Pass out candidates of 2020 who wish to appear for improving their performance in one or more subjects.
  6. Pass out candidates of 2015 or after who wish to appear in an Additional subject.
  7. Women candidate who is a bonafide resident of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and has attained the age for appearing in Class X.
  8. Physically Handicapped candidates who are a bonafide resident of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and has attained the age for appearing in Class X on producing reasonable evidence of having difficulty to attend normal institutions.

what is the varaity of private candidate of board exam out there???? how many type of private candidate are in 12 board exam? ?

Pankhuri Kumari 18th Feb, 2021

Hii!

Frankly speaking, there are no types of private candidate for Board exams, however, candidates must be appearing for the exam due to different reasons. May be private candidates because they are taking any professional coaching for competitive exams such as jee and neet. Some may be there as they are giving improvement exam or re- exam as they failed in certain subjects etc., So there can be other reasons too.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!

Sohamsengupta8 16th Feb, 2021

Hello student

You have stated that you have not appeared in the board examination so you have not filled up the 12 standard examination form fill up. If you take admission in the same school or college again freshly then you can appear for the examination as a regular candidate otherwise you will be treated as a non collegiate student or  improvement takers student appearing for the next year exam.

Hope this helps.

in board exam hall we should have caste certificate

Hrisheekesh Singh 11th Feb, 2021

Hi student,

No, it is not necessary to have caste certificate when you are going to board exam hall. Nobody is sitting there to check your cast certificate. You are only required to carry your Admit card that will be the pass to enter the exam hall and then you can give your exam without any hurdle.

Good Luck!
