No, you can't change from State Board to CBSE Board after completion of your 11th standard mid-term . If you have taken admission in 11th standard in State Board then, you have to study both 11th and 12th standard from same school without migrating to another school. This

Yes, it is definitely possible. But the only condition is that a student cannot give exam simultaneously from both CBSE and NIOS, and the exams have to be in the different sessions.

Like if you have given the CBSE examination in 2018, then you can give NIOS only after 2018,
