Yeah! You can change your board after 11th but you have to take admission in the 11th again in the new board. You have to register yourself as bonafide student of your board and you have to register yourself there in 11th. So you will have to do a year

If you want to do so then you can't take admission directly to the 12th in UP Board. You have to cancel your admission in CBSE and then you have register in the UP Board as a student from the 11th and this way obviously you can do so.
