WBJEE or West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination is held to fill seats in Colleges for Bachelor of Technology B tech. course.
The WBJEE 2022 eligibility criteria is determined by the WBJEE authorities after checking different factors related to examination and admission.
Following are the academic eligibility criteria for WBJEE
For JEE MAINS the number of attempt is 3 years i.e., you are eligible for JEE MAINS in 2020,2021 and 2022. For JEE Advanced you only have two attempts, the 1st attempt is on the year of boards i.e.,2020 and the 2nd attempt is 1 year post boards i.e., 2021.

Yes you can opt for Jamia Hamdard if you do not give CLAT with your 12th board result or score less marks in that. But you have to gone through the admission procedure of them. They conduct their own entrance test with which you can take admission.

There is entrance exam NEET UG ,AIIMS Entrance Exam, MPPMT, HP Combined Pre Medical Entrance Test etc.after 12th but it requires physics, chemistry, biology group. Biology is compulsory for becoming a doctor.
If you have a pcm group you can go for engineering, architecture.

It's okay there is no problem as they are from different years you can submit any one you want. Don't submit both it'll be illegal.
But it's illegal if you're giving board from two different boards in same year.
If you produce a particular marksheet in any institution and
If you want to do again your 12th class with different subject from the same board you can do it but you have to register freshly with the subject of your choice. Now I would recommend that if you want to repeat your class 12th then go for open schooling
If you feel like you've got less marks in some subjects you can give a improvement exam for 12th again with pcb.
If you're from cbse board there is cbse improvement exam and for state board it has it's own.
But don't do it from different boards as firstly

See there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main for any of the subject but you need to have Physics and Mathematics as your compulsory subjects in class 12th so that you can appear in JEE-Main and the percentage criteria is considered for admission to NITs or
