As you have completed your 12th from Delhi so you will get the benefit of home state of Delhi so you can get the relaxation in cutoff marks.

But for scholarship you need to fill the scholarship form of Bihar because for scholarship you need the domicile certificate

There is no provision to correct the details filled in the second phase NEET application form after submitted the application as of now. If you haven't submitted the application form you can edit the details. The correction facility is only available for first phase application form and the details

As you have already passed 12th with PCM in science stream from UP board. You can again appear in class 12th exam from Rajasthan's board.

But not all school give you admission directly to class 12 it is preferable that you choose open school for class 12 Rajasthan
