Firstly I would like to tell you that , your admission in any college depends on the rank you have got in JEE mains but not on the basis of percentile you have got. Percentile tells you if you are eligible for JEE Advance exam or not .

You need to choose the code 02.

This is because,

You have passed your 12th from Maharashtra board i. e The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education

You should have chosen the code 3 as you are a telangan board student. This is because Telengana board offers intermediate. So having code 2 as a code didn't conclude your case. Also you are a dropper so code 2 isn't completely wrong. Also the code 2 is applicable for
