Results are not necessary but you need to pass in all the subjects in preboards other wise the school may not give you the permission to sit for the board examinations.Class 9 has to be cleared in order to be eleigible to sit for the 10 class board
Chances are quite moderate since your 12th board percentages is quite less and the competition is usually high for this university.However you have to wait till they releases the name list and considers your application since the university generally dont releases the intake marks required.
