I completed 11 in 2019 after a gap year I joined school and giving 12 in 2021 so my question is I am going to school everyday attending practicals giving pre board exams so am I a regular candidate or a private candidate?

It's completely fine that you are joining your school after a gap of 1 year to persue your class 12th standard.

Regarding the question for a private candidate or a General candidate, you are in title as General candidate long as you have valid reasons for your gap

I am applying for ssc mts. In application they have asked roll number but in my 10th marksheet (matriculation board tamilnadu) it is as register number. Whether both are same or different what number should be entered?

Yes. If that is the number that you mentioned in all your exams during class 10th examine, then that is your roll number only. You can fill the roll number as your registration number. There will be no problem.  The application process will close on 23 March, 2021. Kindly

Of Course ,You will get a chance in Top Private colleges in India with/without your JEE or NTA score. Some of colleges are as follows:-

Besides the basic eligibility criteria for differs courses, IIM Indore also demands a minimum of 60% marks in class 10th and 12th from the applying candidates. So, you can't apply with just 54% marks. The link given below will help you with detailed information -

Your question is very conflicting as you are yourself stating that you have already passed your class XII from CBSE and yet you want Biology to be your additional subject that too from CBSE, but that's not possible as you have already completed class XII and there is no place
