i am 12 th passed from u.p board but i cant choose the English as a compulsory subject if i do English from NIOS then eligible for Neet plz answer this

, From some research about the NEET eligibility criteria on internet I found that the candiate must have a physics, chemistry, biology and english as a mandatory subjects.

So, With english if you also have other 3 mention subjects then you are eligible for NEET.

This year percentage marks % will not matter because the only requirement after qualifying  JEE Mains is that a student must be passed his/her class 12th board examination .

I heard that if youre giving second attempt in gseb 12 board there will be 5% deduction for your total percentage is that true? please reply

As far as I have read, in order to appear for the second attempt, you have to submit your marksheets and a bonafide certificate. Once, you have submitted it, it would turn obsolete and only the fresh marks would be considered.

So if you are sure, that you can improve

There was a system of allotting 40% marks weightage to 12th class marks but from the year 2017, 12th marks weightage will not be a factor for calculating rankings in JEE Main. Class 12th scores will only be considered for determining the eligibility criteria for the exam.
