hey ! i suck in bits boards criteria ! should i prepare for bits exam ? does their any chances for change in this criteria ?

Dear student,

The criteria for Bits is-

  • Candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
  • Candidates should have passed 10+2 exam from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent.
  • Candidate should have minimum 60% each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

let say my respective board top 20percetile is 68.2percent in 2019and I get 68.3percent in board 2019 but i dropped and getting admission in nit(jee main 14258 common rank list) in 2020and in 2020 the top 20percentile of my respective board is 68.6 percent then can i eligible for2020nit admission?

According to your rank, first of all you will definitely get a seat in a good nit and as we all know that due to covid-19 pandemic the 75% criteria has been removed this year for all candidates .

You need not worry about this.

You don't need to worry dear even if you have failed in maths

This is because,

Your marks in maths is not considered for Neet eligibility so it's completely ok even if you have failed in maths examination in your class 12th but yes you must have overall passed
