Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 1st Aug, 2020

hi,

see the colleges of maharastra takes admission for bachelor in physiotherapy course based on neet score. however in other state colleges apart from maharastra neet score is not required. you may get admission based on your 12th score. the eligibility general eligibility criteria for bachelor in physiotherapy course is candidates must have studied physics, chemistry and biology in 12th course, and must secure 50% marks in aggregate in pcb.

now the neet ug cutoff varies year to year and depends on some factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc. score in neet 300- 400 has decent chances for admission in general category.

Raja 1st Aug, 2020

You have not mentioned your category, state of domicile, board of education. Even you have not put up the exam you took. Sometimes even with all these information available it seems difficult to predict the chances of admission. And here, you have exactly mentioned nothing. Please give sufficient information.

i got 482 out of 600(80.3%) in tn board nd 74.8% percentile in jeemain ..will i get seat in shastra?

Nandhini Tamilpandian 1st Aug, 2020
Hi priyadharshini...
There are 2 streams of counseling to get into SASTRA University..
1. 70% of seats allocated in 1st stream where they take 25% weightage of JEE main score and 75% of your 12th board exam marks..
2.  In the next steam only your 12th mark will be considered becoz when your JEE percentile is low but 12th mark is much below 95%... getting seat in SASTRA UNIVERSITY will be difficult...

Hope it helps!! All the best

kcet ranking for 186/300 in board and 81/180 in kcet

Vaishak V Prabhu 1st Aug, 2020

KCET rank will be calculated by considering the performances in KCET and QE (qualifying examination) as well.I will explain with an example ,let us assume that u have scored 131/180 in KCET and 288/300 in QE,then your % marks in KCET is 72.77% and in QE it is 96% now they will add this two( that is, the formula goes like this

Rank will be given

R={(%KCET+%QE)/200}×100

Then they will sort ,who has got more R(i have taken this ‘R’ for better understanding) value will get good rank.

And the rank to a particular ‘R’ value varies every year

Mohit Gupta 1st Aug, 2020

Hello Aspirant

Yes, 75% is a decent score in class 12 and you are eligible for every exam you want to appear for as most of exams just have a minimum eligibility of 50% or maximum 60% in class 12 and graduation too.

Try to score above 70% in your graduation too as it'll improve your overall profile.

I am a up board student of hindi medium. I have got 83% in 12th &88% in 10th. I have not given jee main jan 2020. I have filled for jee main september 2020 also i have filled upsee. I am preparing both by self study. What should I do? Should I wait or take private colleges???

mail2ankit04 1st Aug, 2020
Hello Priyanshu

Your academics are quite descent as you have score 88% and 83% in 10th and 12th respectively.
You should not go for private colleges right now as the admissions for mostly every private college will close only after JEE Main.
And also government colleges are always a better option compared to private colleges.
You should definitely prepare hard and appear in JEE Main and UPSEE exams and look to get admission in some top tier engineering colleges.

All the best.
