As you have passed 12th so you are now able to give JEE Mains 2021. Now based on your JEE Mains 2021 score you can apply to NIT's ,IIIT's or Govt. colleges during their online counselling.
Now the percentage of 12th matters when you apply for any NIT

Hello parth, If you have 80 percentile in jee mains and you are from ST category then yes you got admission in NIT because cut off of NIT is 44 percentile for ST.
