Congrats for getting good marks in intermediate. VIT is a deemed university . Inorder to get into that university you have to write its entrance exam. If you get good marks in the entrance exam there are chances of getting into the college. Based on your marks,if you are qualified there will be counselling then, you can choose your department and that department will be allocated. Get to know the dates of the entrance exam . Admission in Sastra University for B.Tech and Integrated M.Tech course is done on 2 modes

Mode 1:

70% of seats will be filled based on the +2 aggregate marks and 1st JEE Main Score.

Mode 2:

30% of seats will be filled based on the +2 aggregate marks alone.

Your score in your +2 is good. You can try to get admission using Mode 2. You have a high chance to get a seat.

Depends , some college take admission based on 12th board ,some on jee score, some on kcet score  or college have their own entrance exmas.The best colleges for cse is MIT,BIT,NIT ,RV ,Ramaiah, PES, BMS and etc

you if you have given jee mains then you should mention them in your vit application .  As the priority will be give to jee main over class 12th percentage in any case . you should fill both class 12th marks and jee main percentile in viteee application to increase chances of getting in .
