Sorry to say but Admit cards for Karnataka PU board are not available online on any website. So you have to collect it from your respective school. Therefore you cannot download the admit card.

Kindly collect your admit card before the commencement of examinations.

Admission in Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya (BVM) for B. Tech is done through entrance  examination called Gujarat Common Entrance  Test (GUJCET), conducted by GSEB and yes 60:40 ration of 12 marks and GUJCET marks is taken into consideration for admission into the college.
