Aditya Kumar Sir My Question Is If Someone Passed His 12th(PCB) in 2020 from his state board and appear for NEET 2020 with his state boards marks and then gives 12th(PCB) again from CBSE Boards this year and fill NEET 2022 form with this year CBSE exam Information .This is legal Or Illegal?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 29th Jun, 2022

Hi

It's completely legal dear.

This is because,

It's not like you have given two regular board examination in the same year if that was the case then this would have been illegal but this isn't the case with you as you have passed 12th from state board in 2020
