Ideally, you should have not pursued 11th from 2 schools but still nothing to worry, you won't face any problem.

Don't worry if you have wasted your 11th and 12th years . Many students because of covid were not able to study properly.
If you feel you can get better rank by taking a drop for a year, then I think you should take a drop.

To eligible to apply for NEET UG a candidate must have passed or appearing 10+2 with English, Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board.
