Hi Surya!
It totally depends on one's interest which book he or she wants to read. It varies from individual to individual. Pankaja Naik book is very good book for 1st year MBBS biochemistry. It has explained the content pretty well in a very short and simple manner. It covers all the diagrams and flow charts for better understanding of concept. As per the reviews, Vasudeven has glossy pages which attracts students. vasudeven explains the topics in a very lenghty and descripltive manner which some students find complex.
Hope it helps, thankyou!
Hi Tanu!
If you are from CBSE, then you already have your books! NCERT Books are the best for NEET Preparation. If you study nook and corner from NCERT Physics, Chemistry and Biology Books, then you can ace your exam. Below are some books which you can consider for NEET Preparation:
1) Physics
2) Chemistry
3) Biology
Hope this is helpful!

You can carry such books for AIBE. But its better to carry notes and summaries than the book itself as it will be more advantageous than just taking a MCQ with answer book.
Have a great day!
