what happens if we fail to attend certificate verification of ts eamcet, can we book another slot and proceed?

Hi Rahul,I attend for certificate verification.I booked my slot at 5 30 at JNTU kukatpally,I reached there at 4 00 but they are not checking time at all.My cv completed by 4 45.The process held so smooth.So this mean if u go to the centre at morning 9 or 10
