please specify which field in the technology you are interested in. As in general this field includes computer science(computer coding), electrical design and engineering(EEE), mechanical engineering, civil engineering and many others. there are sub branches in each field like Ai, ml etc.

How and what you grasp from a book depend on you. Arihant publishers are known for good content but you need to prepare systematically because mere buying a book will not help you score 80-90. According to the previous examinations, few topics have been given higher weightage than the rest.
