As per your profile it seems that you want to ask about NEET UG, if not the kindly correct me in the comment section below.

See completion of syllabus doe not mean that you read the entire syllabus and solving 200-300 or more MCQs but completion of syllabus means how much concept you have understood and based upon that how much questions you can solve. If you have read 100% syllabus of NEET UG and you are able to solve at least 60-70% questions in some random sample papers of NEET UG and previous year question papers of NEET UG then you can think that you are done with around 90-95% of NEET UG syllabus and full completion of syllabus is just a feeling, because if you are confident on whatever you read then you are good with your syllabus and practice and if you are under confident even after reading 100% syllabus then also you are not complete with your NEET UG preparation so WHATEVER YOU READ, BE CONFIDENT IN IT & SOLVE AS MANY QUESTIONS AS YOU CAN ON THAT TOPIC. Only this thing will make you completely prepared for NEET UG syllabus.

You have the facility to book your slot for SRMJEE in the application portal. The upcoming exam is SRMJEEE 2022 Phase 2 which will be conducted on April 23, 2022 and April 24, 2022. The last date to apply is April 20, 2022. The slot booking schedule is not yet released. In slot booking you have to select the date of examination and time of the exam, you can select any slot which are available. You need to take the test in the selected slot only. After slot booking is done your admit card will be generated. You need to download the admit card. You need login in the admission portal with your login credentials. The answer will be YES, you can totally grab the concepts of class 12th organic chemistry if your basics in organic chemistry are clear. Even for being able to solve difficult level questions of organic chemistry, you will be required to have a thorough knowledge of basic organic chemistry. But if the basics are not clear, I would suggest you to polish your knowledge by going for a quick revision and trying to solve some PYQs.

If you feel like the standard of the VK jaiswal's book is being difficult for you to absorb then it is absolutely alright to shift to another book, my suggestion will be to take help and reference from Morrison and Boyd book or Physical Chemistry books by PW Atkins. After going through the portions if you still feel, you need more assistance then you can take only the important parts from VK jaiswal's book as an additional information.
