It is not legal to use the books of certified publishers in pdf format or online format. Its against the law. I would also suggest you to stop looking for this book in online format. Rather you should buy it from the nearby book store. It's a good book for your preparation.

Both these publications are good and you can refer any of these to prepare for your CUET Exams. Its totally depend on your preference and availability of books.
But the most important book I an suggest you to prepare for CUET are the NCERT books as the whole paper of CUET is based on NCERT Syllabus.
