See till now it is not decided that in what way the BHU UET will be conducted and the open book system would hardly be adopted for such entrance exams but yes Open book system has been adopted for semester examinations of BHU UG-PG which are expected to start from July 10th.
Now, application forms for BHU UET 2021 are supposed to be out by this month and it will get released on the official site of Banaras Hindu University, as given below :-

BHU UET is conducted for admission to UG courses such as BA Hons., BSc Hons., BCom Hons., BFA, BPA, BPEd. As you are seeking admission in B.Sc. course so you need to satisfy the eligibility criteria for it which goes like :-
You should have scored minimum aggregate of 50% In class 10+2 or its corresponding, in a subjects like physics, mathematics and any one of the following subjects: chemistry, statistics, geology, computer science, information technology and geography.

If you have done your 11th and 12th properly then you will have good chance to crack it. In one month to be honest ,it doesn't require preparation.
