Can one clear clat without any coaching? Which books are preferable for CLAT?

LALBEE 24th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing great. It is better you can take coaching because it makes you in a track with out diverting your attention with regard to the exam. Even, there are much people who scored top ranks with self study but wholly it is  matter of determination and to be focused. You can refer the book of Lucent's for static GK and for current affairs it is better you follow day to day news visiting the websites like affairs cloud and even reading the newspaper such as HINDU. For part of reasoning you can buy verbal and non-verbal reasoning book so that you can have practice everyday. Follow legal news even help you much.

I am currently studying in 11th and a medical student.. I am planning to go abroad after 12th... I am very fond of reading anatomy books... can u plz suggest some books that I should read and will be helpful in my future...

rajeevanand843 27th Aug, 2022

Dear aspirant

It's good if you are fond of reading anatomy books. Of you are planning to persue MBBS or any other medical course it may be very helpful for you in first year. As human anatomy is basic of any medical course so it's important also.

In India for human anatomy mainly two author book's are followed all over India for different medical course like MBBS/BDS/BAMS etc. these two author are

B.D chaurasia

Vishram Singh

These two books you can easily get on any online platform like Amazon, Flipkart etc or any near medical books store. So this is the basic books which you should read first..

Then for human anatomy, most standard book all over the world is Gray's anatomy, so you can study this one once you complete above one. If you study this book it will be very helpful once you go abroad. Preferably read students edition of this book for more understanding at your level.

YOu can prefer any of these three book's to study human anatomy, they are most followed books in India.

Hope this was informative for you and it's helps you

Best wishes!!

which all books are necessary for the preparation of Clat

Snigdha Kesavaraju 15th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

The CLAT is the most important exam for aspiring law school applicants. It is the primary entrance test for law schools in India, and is the most important hurdle for students who want to pursue a legal career. The CLAT consists of two parts: the first is called the Prelims and the second is the Mains. To be eligible to write the CLAT, you must have passed the JEE.
The CLAT has two major components: the Objective Structured Clinical Tripartite Examination (OSCE) and the CLT. The OSCE is a series of multiple-choice questions that test your ability to understand the basic principles behind the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The CLT is a series of complex problems that test your ability to apply the knowledge you have learned in the OSCE. Both components are necessary for the successful completion of the CLAT.

A few of the books which are helpful for the preparation for this examination are listed below:

  1. Universal's LLB Entrance Guide - Lexis Nexis
  2. Objective Arithmetic - GK Today
  3. Analytical and Logical Reasoning - RS Agarwal
  4. Verbal Reasoning - RS Agarwal
  5. Analytical Reasoning - MK Pandey

Hope this helps.

All the best!

Can i take books inside the campus as the reporing time is so early?

Sayan 14th Jul, 2022

Hello,

The reporting time is specified to minimise candidate discomfort and maintain order in the testing facility. However, it is manageable, and you can be to the testing location before the door closes. It is best to report before reporting time in order to prevent needless confusion.

As per your query,

Yes, you can carry books inside the campus but not inside the classroom where exam will start.

Good Luck!!
