After B.Sc. botany you have many options like:

You may apply for msc phd integrated program.

You may also apply for forestry examinations.

A few people may also choose MBA, a few pursue MS in some other subject etc.

You may apply for competitive exams they can qualify

What percentage you have got does not matter at all in NDA(National Defence Academy)Exam,

The candidate just have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics in 10+2 from any 

recognized board.

Post graduation in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics is a 2-year postgraduate degree program.

The basic eligibility criteria for the course is that a candidate must have bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or its equivalent exam.

From the options you have mentioned, it is more up to you. If you are passionate about medicine and can go for private colleges or abroad, then choose that, this year itself.
If not sure about the private colleges, but you're passionate about medicine then you can drop
