JNU doesn't offer masters in core science fields like zoology or botany rather it offers masters in integrated fields like biotechnology, life science etc. So, you can either pursue any of these or could go for other universities like Delhi University, Loyola college Chennai, christ university Bangalore among others.

Yes, you can pursue a masters in Biotechnology after botany. Most of the institutes conduct an entrance exam for the same. You can either apply for JNU centralised entrance test or the individual conducted by different universities. There is a minimum of 60% marks to be scored in b.sc.
