The eligibility criteria mentioned by the official website is as follows:

1.All candidates admitted through JAM should have a Bachelor’s degree.(Anything is possible like zoology,botany,chemistry....etc.)

2.In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined)

There is no any specific to prepare BHU PET Entrance Exam for M.Sc Botany.

You can prefer your 10+2 or Graduation books for the exam, Go through with the previous year papers, It will help you to know the level of the questions.

Aspirant must have completed their Class 12 from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject
