I would suggest you check out previous year cut offs as DU is pretty competitive.
Every year they increase their cut offs for various colleges.

There is no such exact division between zoology and botany. But as zoology contain major part of biology, it contains nearly 60-65 questions. Other 25-30 are from botany part.
However it varies every year.
