see there is no specific syllabus, questions is based on bachelors courses topics in botany, however you may check the others university questions papers as reference, like bhu pet, cucet etc. some of the books you may follow ,

If you go through Botany 11th and 12th mostly 1st year weightage is more because as a fresher we dont familiar with every part and every syllabus of botany but in 12th almost is same but you will feel less if you study well in 11th then it will easier for you and catch up quickly and most of things will repeat again .

But if we go through practically then both are holding equal position .So i hope you will understand .

Check the official WeBsite of that university there is no particular syllaBus availaBle , so questions will be based on your graduation course syllabus. So please revise your whole syllabus properly. There are lots of books availle in the market for this.
