For admission to msc Botany from Jamia Milia University, you have to appear for Jamia Milia Entrance Exam ( JME) .
You should be graduate in BSC with minimum 50% marks.
Application forms for JM University are started and extended till April 15, 2020.

The minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have bachelor degree with chemistry and have minimum 55% marks in the aggregate .So you are eligible for MSc in chemistry. Hope it will help you

For applying to the M.Sc chemistry program at Banaras Hindu University a candidate need to have studied chemistry in all the three years of B.Sc. To take admission in M.Sc chemistry at B.H.U math is not a compulsory subject.
as according to the guidelines of B.H.U
"B.Sc. (Hons.)/ B.Sc. under at least 10+2+3 pattern securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in Science subjects (considering all the three years of B.Sc. Course)."
So you are eligible to apply for M.Sc chemistry course at B.H.U.

As per the eligibility criteria for M.Sc Chemistry at IITs you should have studied Chemistry for three years / six semesters during your Bachelors degree.You should have also studied Mathematics in your 10+2 level to be eligible for the same.

Till your schooling you study biology as a subject. But when you go for graduation you are choosing to gain expertise knowledge of the subject. So if you choose zoology first then you have to apply for the masters in that subject only. If you want to pursue your career as botanist then instead of first opting for Bachelors in Zoology, go for bachelors in botany.
