Hey,
Well changing stream will cause you some disadvantage to ypu and even confuse you further. It might be difficult for you to do and rather would be better to stick to one filed.
Botany (being a mother subjet like Zoology), has many things incorporated within itself. A student of Botany/Zoology has to read Microbiology also (right from structure of a virus, viz TMV or classification of viruses, or processes like Trasncription, Conjugation and Translation and many more topics). My suggestion to you would be, opt for Chemistry as a pass subject along with botany honours. This will help you in the future as well. Hope this helps.

As per your requirement, i would say that du is the most reputed and desired collegr by students in india for graduation degree like bsc.
As you want for botany hons, the cut off changes every year.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
Cut off remains very high for general like colleges in hindu, etc as its around 95% + marks needed. There are seven cut off rekeased by the du for admission into different collegr till the seats gets filled up.
Hs percentage of only class 12 is considered as merit of cut off for admission into colllege of du.
Good luck
