You haven't mentioned which exam you are asking about.

On the part of question. there is no addition on the qualification in +2 from science stream. All students have that qualification. So it is not additional.

There's no mention of subjects in the eligibility criteria. It's just that, minimum 50% marks are required in graduation for general category candidates and 45% minimum marks for reserved category candidates.
