B. Pharm is actjally  of 4years and D. Pharm course is generally of 2years.

However for diploma in Pharmacy student, admissions is on lateral entry into second year of pharmacy and hence for them B. Pharm is 3year course duration of 6 semester .

You need to  be completed your 12th class with subjects mathematics and biology and must scored above 85% Then You can apply online by visiting dipsar or DPSRU website or offline. There are 60 seats available. Cut off would be according to the category you belong GEN/OBC/SC/ST/PwD/ Defence

It would be easier to list down the names of government colleges for B.Pharmacy with their entrance exams if you can mention the state in which you intend to study.

After completing B. Pharma programme and some Job experience you can apply for Drug Inspector and Pharmacist government Jobs exams. State Governments, SSC and UPSC recruit drug Inspectors from time to time. Selection methods may vary.

Your query is missing a few particulars. The minimum marks required varies with the college you want for B. Pharma, so please specify that. 

Also, the number of marks aren't fixed but vary with subsequent cutoffs each year.
