To practice for the B.Pharmacy entrance exam you can do sample papers which are available at https://www.careers360.com/pharmacy/download/sample-papers 

It is always good to practice papers as many times there are repeated questions. Also getting familiar with the format is important. Do remember to time yourself while practicing the papers.

Every collage has its own fee structure for B pharmacy but the average coarse fees is arond 95,000 Rs, Furthur, if can tell me which will be your preferd college then I can answer your question more specifically.

Your rank is good. You can get admission in a government college. But we can't assure you since you did specify anything about the exam which you wrote and the state and college which you are interested in.

It depends your marks. The minimum marks you need to receive an admission in B.pharm in the UPSEE  is a score of 270 out of 600 for the general category and a score of 240 for ST/SC for the year 2018.
