Both the courses are different from each other and have their own benefits and scope so it would be better to go as per your interest and potential but as per me, I would say B.Pharm is better.

I will suggest you biotechnology than Pharmacy as the scope increases in biotechnology.

You can be a research analyst, you can go into bioinformatics, You can do Msc as well.

I would suggest you to look at your interest area like if it's "study of PLANTS" then go for BSc Agriculture and if study of Drugs then go for Pharmacy.

So above of all you can consider Bsc in Biotechnology. Biotechnology is one of the fastest growing fields and professionals

They are totally 2 different courses and streams. It is upto your interest.
Btech is the 4 year full-time undergraduate course leading to the engineering degree. The duration of undergraduate engineering course varies from country to country. Many colleges/Universities of India offers B.Tech programme in various disciplines.
