Yes, you can go for pharmacy after PCM in your 12th standard. The students those are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of class 12th. After the completion of this degree, the students can practice as a Pharmacist.

The Counselling of UPSEE 2019 may start from last week of june. qualifield students will be asked to attend thecounselling. You can prepare for NEET exam to pursue b.pharmacy in govt college. Some Collages addmission on merit base but same collages entrance exam. So you can get addmission both either merit base or entrance base. Check the dates for applying for exams of colleges you are interested in.

There is not a particular number of seats  alloted for bachelor of pharmacy course. Different colleges / universities have different number of seats, that's intake through the UPTU. So, in counseling you have to apply and wait for your turn in required college that you have selected.
