Based on your rank is 15500, it's difficult for you to get admission in your preferred college ie moulana Azad University but you can get following colleges with B.pharma:

Yes you can surely join b-pharma from any college or university you want. The maximum marks that a best college can demand in India in 10+2 are 60%. You are well above that one so no problem with it. B-pharma has a very good scope specially for girls.

Yes, you have to appear for the WBJEEB to get the call for the counseling of B. Pharmacy and as I have mentioned WBJEEB it includes biology too.

• There is not any hard and fast rule for bpharm course to accept the candidates through NEET marks.
• But,  some of the colleges preferred to take through NEET - UG and JEE mains marks  .

The cut off of TN board is must be above 50 % to be eligible for admission in bpharma. And the selection criteria is based on the entrance test conducted by the University / state level .
