Hello there,
There is not much difference between BPT and BSc graduates, they are almost same. The only difference is that the former, means BPT, is a more in depth and pertinent course than the other one. You should go for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), it's a good career.

your question is quite complicated.

speaking of any govt colleges, NO, you cant get it for any course you have asked. but private colleges might help.

coming to what to pursue, it is your choice and your capabilities. so you have choose and apply acordingly.

the cutoff last year was around 600 marks for govt seat. so it is not possible for you to get a government college. so i recommend you to apply for private colleges.  your marks are good for private one.
